    But it was close! I had to share this...

    My niece Kirsten graduated from UMass Dartmouth ("The Other Dartmouth") from the College of Nursing. My sister Kim, Kirsten's Mom, "pinned" her, one of the honors of the nursing profession.

    Kirsten goes on to graduate school to get her Masters and to become a Nurse Practitioner with a focus on cardiac care. In looking over my military medic and EMT texts from the 1970's, she remarked, "Uncle Brad, you can KILL people doing things that way today!".

    Seems like only 1985 when I held her, hours old, the little red-head. Wait -it was 1985!

    At least we have one thing in common professionally- we both deal in fluids, flows and pressures. You need all three. Does not get any more basic than that!

    the hair I should have. Won't give it back, either!

    My sister is not 100% sure she is hers though. Guess my sister's hair color ;)

    Here's mine, getting her "moving up" diploma from nursery school. With teddy bear honors I'm proud to say. : )

    Isn't It Amazing?

    Why is it the scary people have beautiful kids? We have 5 between us. Being 51, I can act 10 and play all day in the pool. After several trips to Disney and Myrtle Beach we felt it was time to put a mini-vacation in the back yard. The kids are having the time of their lives!

    Devan congrats on graduation! Ours is in 2-weeks then all of them will be in school next year.

    Brad you look like you could of just graduated also, how old are you 25?

    College fund? We spend that every week on groceries and the pool heater! They better continue to get good grades. Whoops, gotta go clean the skimmer...
