The man who did this is Steve Schriber, he is a little off center and has been in alot of magazines from Time to newsweek. That "pill" is on Rt.199 west of Red Hook NY at a place he named "Rock City" Of which, he is the self-proclaimed Mayor.
He also has a 30 foot high table fork stuck in the triangle at the same intersection with a sign on it that says "fork-in-the-road" I know him quite well! what a character!
His coffee table in his living room is a casket originaly purchased for John Astor who went down with the Titanic. He bought it at an auction. Also, on the roof of his house, is several oriental rugs, he put there at the begining of Desert storm. A sign there reads. "I've been carpet bombed"
