What does it mean when smaller line sweats and is cold.
Larger is warm?
Smaller is not insulated,should it be? Has filter on it outside.
This is a LG mini system.

    I'm thinking, you have a duct less split? If this is the case, more than likely, the metering device is in the outdoor unit. Making the little line cold, and sweat. Insulate it. And the filter( drier ), is in the wrong place, could cause more head aches.
