where to get new end of main vents

I'm in the process of re-walling my basement and now that the walls are down, I finally found my end of main vents. One is about 6 inches after the main becomes a wet return and the other is about 5 feet after the return and both are completly covered in old dry paint and I'm sure haven't worked in years. Where can I get new end of main vents and is it nessessary to move them. I live on Long Island (and loved Dan's books), and might need a pro.

First
you have to know which vents you're looking for. Measure the length and diameter of your steam mains and we can tell you what's needed.
Are your returns below or above the boiler's waterline? If the latter, they're "dry" returns.
