Balancing issues

I am installing the Uponor pro panel for the 1st time and had some concerns over the way the local rep recommended it be piped for multiple manifolds. It is a pro panel 201 which allows for 1 mix temp for three manifolds(The 3rd manifold is in a remote location with a supply and return to and from the mechanical room). The rep recommened that the piping be installed in a direct return manner. Even though the manifolds can be individually balanced I think that it still might lead to balancing problems and it should be installed as a reverse return system. Does anyone have any suggestions.

Why the extra tube?
I agree with your rep. You have the ability to balance the flows easily within the manifold. Doing reverse return would insure equal flow to each manifold if in fact each manifold had the same head losses - another words, all three manifolds were theoretically the same in number of outlets and connected pex. Doubt thats the case here.
I think you would typically see the reverse return through 3 boilers to insure equal flows. Since the boilers are identical, the flows, if piped this way would be identical.0 -
