Informed the Ho's right away how egregious this was and that it needed to be corrected NOW! Long stort Short, gave them a price to chop chimney and repipe in 4" and ...WITH PITCH. Go ahead they say. Back next day: "...My husband think that's alot of money can you break that down...blah blah....." I was THIS close to giving her the Mark Huntism (ITS CHEAPER THAN A FUNERAL LADY) but she backed off. 5 1/2 hours later they understood and were grateful. You should see the oil boiler: never cleaned in last 5 years or more...relief valve non-functional, lwco not working, soot all over the basement. Ahhhh what a business. Mad Dog
