Long Beach Island

The family, and I mean the whole family on my wifes side is heading down to Long Beach Island in NJ tomorrow. Looking forward to it.

Any tips on where to hang out?

Pray for nice weather.

Besides what Ranger mentioned....

Rent a jet ski (just before you get to the bridge, look for a HUGE house on the right, turn right, and follow the signs.) Boat rental for crabbing & fishing on Cedar Bonnet Island. The Dutchman's restaurant. Watch the sunset from any place you can on the west side of the Island. Rainy day? Take the Black Whale charter boat to Atlantic City. Playground with jungle gym & kids play area, plus a preserved Coast Guard 41 foot rescue boat, on the main drag. Rent bikes at several locations.

No Troubles...

I grew up there.And yes the Dutchman is great if you like German food,which I do.Weather looks great except for thursday.Flukein's been great except there all throwbacks.So if the kids are just into catching fish (and skates) it's been good that way.
