Would Geothermal add enough benefit to this system?

in THE MAIN WALL
i am building a new house. it currently is planned to have radiant heat on level one and radiators on level two. the boilers are high efficiency models.

i know about the cost savings of going from a traditional forced air system to a geothermal system. would those economics still apply in the above scenario?
