Another reason to be glad I'm an American. Hope everyone has a safe one. Be proud and stay safe.

We have a fireworks ban in our county, so we have to find a little different way to celebrate this year. Its been dry and hot over here in Colorado. Extreme fire danger. Can't even go camping and have a campfire.

I wish you all could see the trials and tribulations that go into the bike parade the night before these guys take these bikes out for their turn. Like all of us...they wait till the last minute.(the drunken fun is hilarious to boot!, not to mention the ride from Milnes party to the home of these classics.... for storage until next year)

The bets are now being posted.....how far do you think Milne can make it in the parade with his bum knee? I'm placing it all on the longshot and guessing the end.... Of course he'll be wearing crutches and asking someone else to get it back to the museum at the end...JUST A GUESS!

Blue Angels

We saw the Blue Angels flying over the crowd at the Cherry Festival here in Traverse City, Michigan. Awesome is the only way to describe it. It's nice to know that we have people and machines like that to protect the good 'ol USA. God Bless them and us! Have a great 4th.
