Carol ,are you familiar with small flower garden controls?

Sprinkler Co.s' have a control that basically bring on the sprinkler system if no rain has appeared in a certain time frame and also keep it shut down if it is starting to rain. I think this coupled with your standard digital Humidistat and temp control, you should be able to maintain that perfect RH% you are looking for. Hope this helped...

The reason i ask is my friends wifer is on vacation....

and i sorta said that i would find her some humidity control for her favorite friends ....

let me describe the control, it would know when it was raining and/or have a clue to the temp, this would inturn open some pinner valve allowing water to bleed into the soaker system providing the plants a slow trickle charge of water *~/:). are there little teeny weeny zone valves that use the sensors for control ? the soaker hoses she has are like 1/8" outside diameter....

is this gizmo something that would increase the humidity in the air ? these flowers she has are out doors....oh,..killing them off is Not an option *~/:)
