    I just thought I'd give everyone an update on my system....
    I had the copper tube boiler that had been rumbling like crazy with inlet pressure needle oscillating when burner was on. Mark Eatherton had seen this problem in Colorado and gave me the name of a company Chemical Specialties (in Colorado) that makes a chelating agent (CST-50). I called Dennis who was very helpful and shipped out a couple gallons of the stuff even though they normally don't ship to CT. I put the recommended amount into my system, and it is completely silent. Also, needle on pressure gauge is rock-steady. I am so happy it is silent again. I have made a donation to the wall as thanks for all your expert advice.
