Bathroom Heat

Hello,
We bought a house four years ago that has hydronic heat. The master bathroom in the house has electric heat. I am interested in adding hydronic heat to the bathroom. The only reason I can tell that this was not done is the limited wall space that is in the bathroom because of the arrangement and the large garden tub. There is easy access to add the heat because the bathroom is located above a garage. The master bathroom heat could easily be added on the zone that has two bedrooms and a guest bathroom. There is a total of 20 lineal feet of radiation on the zone. After doing a heat load calculation, 9 feet of baseboard would have to be added to heat the master bathroom. A local manufacture fabricates stainless steel baseboard heat that I want to use. With all that said Would it be possible to place the baseboard heat on the floor around the tub? Or could it be placed on the outside walls around the tub? Or am I stuck with the electric toe-kick heater in the bathroom? Is a hydronic toe-kick heater an option? I have attached an image of the bathroom. The room is roughly 11 X 11. Any information that can be given will be GREATLY appreciated.
