    This control is near a 50 GPH oil-fired steam boiler. What does it do? Is there a website that explains how it works?

    some KIND OF OUT DOOR RESET POSSIBLY. looks TO BE 3 SHEILDED CABLES OUT OF THE BOAR, POSSIBLY GOING TO supply/return/OUTSIDE. CAN YOU EXPLAIN?
