I imagine that a standard electric water heater ought to do the trick.

Horizontal Storage Tank
I am looking for a manufacturer who makes an insulated horizontal storage tank which holds around 80 gallons. I want to use it as a buffer tank and it needs to be installed in a crawlspace which has a height of 57 inches. Any recommendations are greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Check out the LT line of buderus storage tanks. They have a coil though, which is probably something you don't need. I'm guessing you're just looking for a regualr tank type hwh. What about a 'low boy' hot water heater all manf make them they are ususally 50 gal in capacity0 -
