    Need boiler controller

A soon to be decomissioned Honeywell Excel 5000 system has been controlling three single stage boilers injecting into a continous circulated loop for both perimeter baseboard heat and hot water coils in air ducts. I have the control of the zone valve actuators being done by the new building manager system but need a control to stage the three boilers with temperature reset and warm weather shutdown. No DHW is used. Suggestions greatly appreciated!

    The Excel 5000

    is not really a controller.

It is a bus system connection point that has a simple microprocessor that does little except provide basic command function and requires all "smart" controls to be connected to it.

It was Honeywell's attempt to provide something that looked sexy that requirs so many ancillary conditions and components (add ons) as to make it in and of itself, a small multi-channel "facilitator" that requires so many feeds as to be near worthless by itself.
