Here's the first mechanical room of 14 Townhome units. The Burnham series 2 boiler is a snap to work with, and the Ipex injection manifold is compact and well thought out.


Unfortunately, this wall was not framed the way we were led to believe, so I had to improvise with all of the tubing. The Super likes it, but it is a bit to busy for my taste.

Nice Install!

Yep, the piping is probably a bit more fiddly to get to stay as straight and true as copper, but the install looks great. Standing the tubing off the wall the way you did gives them the option to insulate it in the future. Nice Job!
