    Green build?

    Hello Mark
    I tried to google search Green build and found a Wisconsin and Seattle program but what Association are you talking about. Up here in Steamboat I have been working with a renewable energy group trying to start REMP-Reneweable Energy Mitigation Program. It is based on the Pitkin county program. The program seems to be working very well for them. Basically there would be fees accessed to projects over 5000 ft2 or including the following snowmelt systems, outdoor pools. The program is designed to balance the excessive enrgy used and promote renewables(public building, low income housing etc) with the fees.
