    Seems to be locked in low fire

    it's an over the phone troubleshoot, any ideas.

    Settings seem to be correct for heating and DHW. One zone with thermostat connected to boiler and boiler pump wired to boiler pump connections.

    No outdoor reset sensor connected boiler operating temperature set at 140.

    Being used for construction heat, system pump runs continuously, wall stat just calls on boiler and primary pump.
