    Steam to Hydronic

    We bought our home in April of 05, the heating system was converted by the previous owner from steam to forced HW using the same piping and radiators as the steam system. I think this is very in efficient and would like a professional to take a look at it and give me a price to upgrade. On contractor I had here said to do away with what I have and go with the unico system, the price for this was quite high 15k for a 1600 sq ft house...

    I am considering going to 3/4 inch copper with baseboards, what I am looking for here is an expert opinion on this.
