air flow check valve

in THE MAIN WALL
I am installing a new corn burning furnace, and want to use the existing duct work. Should I install some type of a reverse floe check valve so when the existing furnace comes on it will not force air back into the new furnace?

    Duct damper . you most likely can get one that'll fit. look for a sheet metal fabricating shop. they'll have or get what you need
