    Hey Dan, As I was traveling today I noticed they are already playing Christmas music on the radio. Holy heck we have not even had Thanksgiving yet! :) Anyhow this got me thinking it’s never to early to start that x-mass shopping. Would you please be sure I receive a wish list (letter) from one of those beautiful children again this year. And Toni would also like a letter of her own to do some shopping for the kids.     I'll be with my friends

    from New York Cares tomorrow and I'll ask them. Each year Marianne and I host Faux Thanksgiving for the New York Cares people that Meg used to work with. Most of them have families in other states and they can't get home for Thanksgiving, so we have it here for them. Lots of fun. Thanks!

    Not likely.

    She may not even be in the shelter anymore, which would be a good thing. Tens of thousands of letters arrive at New York Cares and they give me ones at random. They're all precious.
