I am about to install my first GB-142/24 :):):)
My question is the install manual doesn't specify the minimum distance between the inlet and exhaust on a sidewall vent installation. What is the concensus on this??? Thanks.

    10\" apart

We keep ours 10" apart and have never had a problem.

    Hope this helps.

    How about making it easy?

Use the approved concentric vent kit, and only make 1 building penetration 4". Chris

I was going too, but I have to angle the exhaust away from where it exits the house to keep 4' of clearance to a window. I don't think you can do that with the concentric kit,can you???

The GB is 1' clearance to a window

    I think....

If you look deeper into the Direct Vent/concentric option, you'll find smaller clearences listed. I too think a foot is the listing. Chris

OK-I'll look into the concentric clearances-maybe it will read differently. Thanks for the info.
