We,(the home owner who is a friend) and myself a contractor of 30+ years are completing a radiant underfloor 6 circuit application in an old house under restoration. The hydronic system includes an ULTRA W/M boiler with on board reset feature and domestic H/W priority circuit. All six radiant zones will each have an actuator (Watts),mounted on the manifold. Actuators have an end sw.. Would like some sugestions on main controller and RTUs. One of the RTU for the bathroom should have a sensor for the floor I believe,or perhaps other zones as well. Also the Mild weather system in place is a heat pump for fuel economy when the COP is 3 or greater. I would like to know about a main thermostat that controls the heat pump and interfaces with the radiant. The shoulder months would have the energy saving benefits of heat pump performance and some zones of the radiant such as master bath and hall would have circulation regardless of main general air temp by the Am.Std.14 SEER Variable sp. air handler.I have experience with several radiant jobs for 15 years but no two are alike and not much teck. support in Washington,PA FROM OUR WHOLESALERS.

Thanks to all of you who make our life better in this business because of your unselfish collaboration.

    John...

...there are quite a few questions to ask. Why don't you call me at 250-545-7749 and we can go over those to provide a tekmar solution for you.

    Regards,
