Baxi luna boilers

And the prices are high compared to a wallhung made by Samsung, the Quietside. Fully modulating over a smallish range, but 90+ efficiency. Experiences with marathon/baxi have been very disappointing and would suggest you find something with more support. Even their web presence is a bit of a joke.

    Nice

    I've got a couple out.

They are my "better" boiler, after the Ultra. Some just can't do the Ultra, and this fills that hole nicely. Includes DHW for a little more.

85% and modulates, SS burner, 5GPM @ 13ft/head available to the system w/o P/S (good for small systems).

    Oh, 90 lbs !

I think both Combo and boiler Luna

Models were modulating, but not condensing. Built in mixing. So you don't see 90% ratings on the units. Of course they're cheaper then Monitor or Muhchin products.

I know you can set your gas inputs: low fire to match heating requirements and high fire for domestic production via indirect. I can't find any modulation in the manual just low and/ or high.

    Baxi Boilers

Just thought that I should reply here.

Bob: thanks for the interest in the BAXI range of boilers. If you would like more information you can contact us through our web site www.wallhungboilers.com or call 1-800-461-4657 we will be happy to help.

Tony: thanks for using our boilers, nice clean install. You know by now the advantage of choosing a wall-hung boiler with pump etc already installed, makes for a quick easy installation.

Ted: please contact us for our New England Rep's information. We are approved for use in Mass as a BOILER and have an MEA number....also "H" stamp.

Joe: take a look at our web site at the new Condensing boiler range up to 98%, its called the LUNA HT (hi-tec). Check out some of news articles for some testimonials

Ken: all of the BAXI boilers have full automatic electronic modulation, including the HT range.

The LUNA HT condensing range of boilers has all grown up now, we have two comercial wall-hung condensing boilers. Both have "H" stamped heat-exchangers, one has an out-put of 154000 Btu's the other 221000 Btu's both with full electronic modulation......check us out on the web....

Thanks Roy. My apologies, I just checked my manual and lo and behold, I spoke way too soon. Don't know what I was thinking.

    Thank you, Roy

This one went well. The first one runs very well now and the customer is raving about it downtown :) (pesky clips, anyways)
