I have two installed and four more sold and waiting to go in. They were a snap to install and so far have worked well (for DHW). They have yet to go through a winter but I am optmistic regarding they future performace. I like the features of this boiler: welded ss heat exchanger, low pressure drop, fairly high water content, and ease of installation. Triangle Tube and their local rep, Bay Hydronics are easy to do business with as well. -DF

Triangle Tube: Prestige Who is using?

I did a search and did not see alot written about this unit.My installer and I have discussed it given a recent install he did. He seemed inpressed with the design and controls(honeywell). He has also done several GB142's and is comfortable with that product as well. It is about half the cost and has a much larger SS heat exchanger vs. aluminum.

I am not too hung up on all the technical differences, I am sure it is a fine unit. I would just like to hear some first hand installers and why you went with it over other units. At half the price of the Buderus it seems appealing since my installer is comfortable with the unit. My house is small enough to be heated very easily with only Prestige 3 model they make.

    Thanks
