    Oil/Gas Boiler

I am looking to improve my heating efficiency where ever possible. Currently, I have (1) Valliant F-70-W-55-PP 10yrs old (net) 131K and(1) Weil-McClain P-268-W 10 years old(net)86K MBH. Both are oil boilers supporting 6 zones of heat thru 326ft of baseboard. Neither boiler is set up in a Primary/Secondary piping arrangement.

I am not looking to spend $$$ when it's not necessary, but maybe save some.

So, I spent 550.00 on service agreements and 1500.00 for fuel oil last year. And, upgraded all of my thermosatats to multi event per day.

Is there anything that makes sense such as multiple boiler control or outdoor reset for me to add. Would I realize any benefit converting to a single boiler and even natural gas since we have that as well?

    TIA,

    Ezra
