I just want to take the time to publicly thank Chuck especially for his professionalism and patience. As seems to happen so often in this industry, things come in bunches. In that last little while I have been asking many questions of Chuck for new installs and things about older installs. He has returned every e-mail quickly and courtesly (sp?).

It is people like this that make me try to raise my bar higher for customer satisfaction, and help me to make what boilers I sell an easier choice!

Thanx again Chuck for all that you do for this industry. You are one the best!

Thanks for the kind words. I go to work every day, because I need a paycheck. However, I do what I do because I enjoy it. I feel like I am on every job with every contractor I talk to. So in that respect I own a little of each Munchkin (Pinnacle) installed, I have thousands of jobs out there. I want them all to work well, and quietly share the pride that you put into your systems. And when I get a photo, like this one. It makes my heart swell.

I certainly have to second that.

Having met Chuck a couple of times and chatted with numerous times, he IS not only one of the greatest guys out there period, he also knows very much what he is talking about. An all-around professional who loves what he does and certainly should get a huge pad on the shoulder for the amount of passion he puts into this day in and day out.
