Has anybody used this tool. I want to know how well you like it and if it works good. I am shopping for a Christmas present and I saw this in a magazine and it looked cool. It is this or a new Kimber handgun. Thanks for any info.

    Buy it!

I've never met a REMS tool I didn't like :) I have that tool and really like it. Not used as often as my Curvo, buy... I wish it would expand 1" however.

    Geez...

    A Kimber, huh ? Tough call :)

I'm happy with my S&W's, but would like an XD40 to try for a while :)

    Tools vs. guns. Hmmmm.

Sounds like an internal tussle to me :)

    Tough choice

I to wish it would do 1"[The rems tool]. I don't have a Curvo but I do have the hand bender. Does the Curvo do hard copper?
Do you think the Hurican/Twister is a good investment?
I have not tried the XD40 but, I do have a Glock 22 and Baby Eagle, both 40S&W. I just got the new Sig Mosquito, not quite as good as my Hammerelli Trailside but, darn close.

The Kimber I am looking at is the Grand Raptor from the Custom Shop. Just plain awesome!!!

    How many guns

can you shoot at once :)

Given the REMS choice I would invest in the Curvo. I use this tool on every job, one way or another. Sometimes just for the relief valve line.

    Plus countless fun projects :)

    Rothenberger is overrated

I wish I had some REMS tools. I brought in a tee-puller all the way from Germany, waited months for it. THey can't mail, it has to come on the boat.
It works fine, but my gripe is that I spent some $600.00 and I didn't even get a lousy owners manual. I called them. They don't make one. You can't even buy a $20 toaster without getting a manual to help you get the most out of your purchase. Use and care, maintenance, Helpful hints and tips, proper technique etc... Also the case is sorta junky compared to what I've seen of REMS. Go for the Curvo! Thanks for letting me vent. I'd take the tool hands down over the gun. Guns are beautiful art to me, but I'd rather use a different tool most of the time. Kevin

    Awesome

That is the coolest thing I have ever seen. As for the guns it is just what I do. I work[alot],I buy guns and I buy tools. Lots of both. I am not really a gun fanatic I just like them. Hell, I probably haven't shot half of the ones I have. Now, back to the tools. I am going to call on the Curvo tommorrow. Thanks guys!!
