the installtion manual for this Category 3 unit say is the correct venting arrangement.

Category 3 usually requires due to positive pressure in the vent a sealed vent, condensation is possible so corrosion resistant flue is required, it can't be vented into a masonry chimney, no combined venting. With all of this I assume you are venting into a sealed, corrosion resitant vent - is it all horizontal or is it vertical.

All those things have to be considered, but from the little you have posted it seems to be too long and too many bends so an alternative may be necessary.

What's the maximum length of a flue for a Category 3 furnace? I am looking @ an installation w/a flue length of 37', w/4 90 degree bends. That's too long, right?
