Weil McLain Steamer LEAKERS

Has anyone had problems with these boilers leaking between sections? We've seen 6 boilers in the past 2 weeks all with the same problem. They range in age from 3 to 15 years old. The local rep states that the warranty only covers the iron and not the gaskets.

Leakers
I have seen only one one that seemed to be as a result of a dry fire. It was about seven years old. The gaskets were melted down, but other than that, they've been good. What size and model boilers are you referring to?

no evidence of dry fire
the models are EG & EGH and they don't have any additives at least according to most of the homeowners and we don't add any chemicals.0
