Cleaning a steam runout

I have a building with a radiator at the furthest end of the boiler which pants and which lags way behind the other radiators in the time needed to heat.
The air vent is good, the steam pressure does not exceed 2 #, and I would like to flush any debris from the steam branch line.
How about some boiler cleaner diluted with water in a bucket forced into the steam valve with the radiator removed using a simple utility transfer pump? (see, there is a use for ferncos)
