HydroTherm boilers

Problems, that couldn't be solved by reading the instructions. Since taking on the line about 18 months ago, I have found the Hydro-Therm line on both gas and oil to be a good valve product. I’m a sales rep for a Boston area wholesaler and would say it has its place in the market as a good reliable boiler.

Has anyone had any experence with the HydroTherm EW-CON series? I found a local supplier that has them for about 25% less than other American made boilers I have found. It is tempting. Anyone have any feedback?

most quality boilers are roughly in the same price range so i think you aswwered your own question. if someone wanted to give me a hydrotherm for free , i would say " no thank you. "

    Hydrotherm

Hydrotherm is yet another division of Mestek, the parent company of Smith, RBI, SpacePak and others. I am sorry that you might have some bad feelings toward Hydrotherm. My GUESS is that you had some isue in the past, probably at a low point for Hydrotherm. Mestek has put considerable resourses into the Hydrotherm line since its acquisition, and I assure you that ...well, the past is gone.
Dave, let me find out who is responsible for the product in your area (Colorado). You can speak directly with them- I am sure that they will fully stand behind the line.
Although I am the commercial Smith Guy (no pun intended) here in Massachusetts, I will do all that I can to prove Hydrotherm's worth.
