Pro-Press vs. Nibco Press System

Good!!
Hopefully now I won't have to buy $xx,xxx.00 in Nibco press fittings.
As you know I now use Ridgid/Viega press fittings, when I went to
ISH last year was told Nibco is basically the same. Although the two manufactures may say otherwise.
I think what you need to decide is what press tool to sell Ridgid or REMS.
Since you sell Wirsbo and the propex tool is the same as REMS maybe you should go that way. And the Wirsbo multicor head will fit in my REMS tool.
Whatever you decide I will happily purchase press fittings from N&S Supply.

    Pro-Press vs. Nibco Press System

We are currently looking at Press Systems. I would appreciate your opinions on likes & dislikes. Also is anybody using the Nibco PermaLynx push to connect system? Seems pretty simple, why buy the Pro-Press tool? Thanks

    Uh Oh

I think after today we are leaning towards Nibco, I will check to see if they are interchangeable. I was a Viega Rep several years ago, and it is a HIGH quality system. Not sure of Nibco, that's why I posted. I hope for your sake they are interchangeable.
Devan, Check out the PermaLynx system. Appears to be pretty cool.

    Paper weight : )

When I was At ISH last year, I also looked at the push sytem as a matter of fact I have a sample on my desk. Makes a nice paper weight, and maybe repairs, I can't see myself installing a nice heating system and pushing fittings together.
Too much play?? What are going to do about the tool? What or who valves are you leaning too? Guido got me all excited last July with Nibco, don't break my heart again. I have no worries about my press heads working with NIbco.

    Today

I was told by someone who's name is on the sign that we were leaning towards NIBCO. The tools sure looked the same. I believe that we will be selling very soon... Thanks for your continued support. Your installs are sweet
