Hello Jeff:

Here is a solution using the Danfoss Zone Control Panels (ZCP). A total of 23 zones of radiant w/ 5 temps.

Although there was room in the boiler room, this saved a lot of time in the boiler room piping each zone.

The last panel on the far right (the larger one) handles a small snow melt zone for the front of the residence.

The cabinet for the ZCP is 21 X 26 X 16". A lot of piping and wiring in one small enclosure!

Lots of zones...

Does anyone have some good pics of an installation that has many zones (with circs, 15 or over) installed in a really tight space? I'm looking for something to show to some techs for ideas. Thanks

There was a groupe of pumps pictured, mounted upon a bright diamond aluminum plate I do not have it but perhaps the wall or the person who did it could re send it!

The pics below, I have shown before and like to show as a bad example of zoning in a small space... I hope this inspires you to zone wisely. maybe use nonelectics or make the zones slave zones so they don't control the burner directly.
