Checked out Runtal wall mount steam rads. Question the govray 40" frestanding is $225 -castiron and heavy, the Runtal wallmounted in equal btu is $850- 50lbs and steel, have they reinvented the wheel? I thought radiator mass / weight equaled more efficiant heat.I know the Runtal must be light because it's wallmounted but is it efficiant? Am I missing something here? Any thoughts Guys? Thanks Jack

Radiator change
MEN I have a one pipe steam in house we just purhased. Second floor bedrooms have Baseray cast iron baseboard rads. I know they are recomended only for a 2 pipe system, but they heat evenly across and vent properly.Problem is even if we wanted to keep the baseboard we need more heat in the rooms and there is no space to add sections.I need recomendations on a replacement rad in the 40 to 45 sq ft EDR range . I have seen the Govray 5"+ 40" radiant steam rad and wondering if there is something else that is more appelling to you men . Thanks Jack0 -
