Anyone who has purchased IC or Gordon Piatt burners lately, I need to know a ballpark # on a replacement burner for a Weil 84 10 section.

I have been waiting for an answer from a few supply houses, and they finally call back and recommended I call the IC rep in my area....nice.... especially when I told him how much of a rush I was in. I put a call in but was told I might have to wait 2-3 days for a price. That is fine but I need a ballpark # on the burner itself (no labor) just for some budget #'s, and I need it NOW!!!!

I could not give you a price on a GP burner, but I can tell you that in our Smith pricing, the DIFFERENCE between a boiler only of that size, and one with a GP burner, is right around $6150 to the trade. In the free world, that number would be slightly less as a burner sold as such only.
Hopefully someone else may chime in with something more concrete, but that # should work in a real pinch.

Just to be sure, that is for a GAS only burner.

If I was dealing with a company that took that long just to generate a price, I would be checking out some different sources for burners. Would you like a price on a Riello?

I just talked to Dennis Pryce at IC, and he doesn't know why it would take that long either......

So, now I am talking to another supplier all the way from Pittsburgh. Looks like I will be getting my price in a couple hours.......
