Pumping away question

I have a single radiant loop at the present with both the primary and secondary pumps at the boiler, with a 4 way mixer there. The manifold for the radiant loops is some distance way near the rooms being headted. I need to add a second manifold for a new set of loops and with another circulator. It would be easist if I moved the both primary circulators to a location about 50 ft from the boiler. Will I be sorry that these circulators are at such a distance from the secondary and the mixer?
