Can an electric boiler and manifolds be installed in a crawl space. If so what are some problems that one could run into.

Not a problem at all. Give yourself enough space for servicing at you are golden. After that, its a typical boiler install. You don't have to worry about venting so thats a plus. Have an electrician check your load and supply power. Which boiler are you considering?0 -

lions are great electrics, but make sure you have adequate overhead clearance in your crawlspace (24" i believe) for element replacement.0 -
