Having designed prisons...

I think it is a great idea from an energy and tamper-resistant point of view.

But recidivism might be way up! Every cold snap a misdemeanor crime wave with confessions....

I say their punishment should be warm air "mini-duct" heat and to save the providers (us) money...the temps shouldn't be over 58° at anytime unless they deserve it!(except during the summer months. then they live with what they get!)

I bet the costs would be a bit higher in the longrun...But like I said...they're flipping prisoners. Why should they get the best heat while 93% of the other law abiding citizens of this great country suffer with air heat?
