That's a lot of info to type out. I thought someone would bite but I guess not. Where are you located? I'm in Stanwood perhaps I can help?

Thanks. This is a zone valve (Rehau 4 wire) design with a small Munchie 50K modcon closely-spaced-teed to the system loop. One boiler circulator (UPS15-58) and system circulator B&G ? ( I forget). System loop has a 40 gal buffer tank in series with a optional manual bypass plumbed in to the loop. Heat emitters are 2 low temp 100F slabs on TMV's and 4 fan coils at 140 F. I'm stuck on the controls wiring! Two Honeywell R8889D zone valve panels are in place and wired to zone valves. I do not know how to wire the boiler and circulator control. The munchie manual shows a R845A for loads over 4 amps. Mine is about 2 amps for the circulators unless there is more power needed for something I don't know about. The other thing is how to keep the buffer tank hot and limit it. I placed a well at the top of the tank but not sure what aquastat or control strategy to use? I'm not sure which transformer to use for power and what type of thermostats to use (electronic)? Another is is the Heat Tansfer Products wants someone to look at the system before giving a wararanty. If anyone in this region is able to help it would be very appreciated
