You rent the kit from Buderus. It has two cranks, and the sections go together well. Like anything else, it is all in the prep. They have a dvd showing assembly. Contact your rep.

Has any one out there had experience constructing this boiler. We have a project that we are bidding on and i would like some feed back on how easy the sections are to put together.

Assembly
The G515 does assemble, section by section, with the "tool" Buderus offers. We have put together a DVD which shows step by step instructions. Site prep is very important, do not over tighten pulling the sections together and align the push nipples squarely. Please let me know if the rep cannot assist with the video.0 -
NO harder than a Burnrham or peerless
Those tools are nice, but always preferred doing them by hand. Mad Dog0
