Excited about our first Megasteam.......

But was horrified as I called around to locate one. It's hard to sell milk from an empty wagon....you know. I tried about 6 different Burnham suppliers. They could give me quotes, but no indication of when they would "have them in......we're not stocking them yet...." Then, The Power of The Internet and The Big Family That is Heating Help went to bat. I called Mark Hunt because he had already put one in (ballston Spa NY) who called Dave Benham (who works for Burnham and was in NH) who called Me (Floral Park, NY) and informed me that right nearby in Hicksville, NY, Amercian UNiversal supply had them. Full circle. I was relieved and more importantly now have a New supplier of Burnhams for us. Thank you Markie, thank you Dave, thank you American Universal. I will be posting pics of this job in the coming weeks. Mad Dog

I'm somewhat disheartened to hear about the difficult time you had locating a Megasteam. I am glad you were able to locate one though with Mark and Dave's assistance. Any time you are having difficulties like this give me a shout and I'll always be glad to help. Also rest assured that these boilers are in stock in Lancaster and can be shipped out immediately if not sooner.

I'm not quite sure why your local distributors have not brought these in yet and I discussed that with your local Burnham Representative this afternoon. You can also help in getting these in your local distributors stock by requesting that they do so. If you create the demand they will fulfill the supply! Glad everything worked out and I'm looking forward to seeing pictures of your first "Megasteam Trophy Job". I know it is going to be a pure work of art! Thanks for your support.

I even tried RE Michel and they do not have the boiler in stock ANYWHERE. All special order.

This is why I like dealing with Burnham. I left a message with Dave Benham and he called me back within the hour. He was on the phone with Maddog soon after that and the issue was resolved. End of story.
