And in my opinion it's a long set of pages of "opinion", and short on actual "design" information in terms of real heating design and engineering information.
Robert Bean's www.healthyheating.com site is a heck of a lot more useful to a homeowner and installer who needs some real information with science and engineering to back it up, and then the RPA website, and then try the www.meanradianttemperature.com website as well.
