    Need parts for a Voyager.

    Need to find a new burner assembly, hot surface igniter, and new gaskets for the gas train. Can’t get through to HTP, might be the weather. Long shot but does anyone have these parts?

    That is a good number. I was hoping to get something by Monday for overnight. The problem was that HTP was closed on Monday for a state holiday. I tried to call all day with no luck. I managed to get an e-mail around 1:30 that said if I had faxed and order in by noon it might have shipped that day for Tuesday delivery. If not I would have to wait for Tuesday to place the order for Wednesday delivery.
    I was trying to buy an extra day for the customer. I got the call on Thursday and placed an order on Friday for parts but there was a mix-up and only the blower was shipped. They have 8 kids and no hot water for over 8 days. HTP will be open this morning.
    Please give me a call. I want to keep my options open. I need to get their hot water working.
