    Hardwood Adhesive

Has anyone ever used SikaBond-T55 to glue hardwood flooring down to radiant panels such as QuikTrak? It contains Xylene - a solvent and it will be in contact with the PEX tubing.

    I have used SikaFlex

in wooden boat building and repair. Great on outdoor projects. Same company, perhaps a different product (marine adhesive).

Did not know it had or might have xylene; good to know. One whiff and.. there goes third grade!

    Sika

The Sikaflex I used said not to let it get in contact with your skin. Of course I was covered in it at that point. It's definitely some sticky stuff.

I worked with an architect once who glued C-Fin to his concrete slab using something called Olde Boards glue. It definitely wasn't my idea. Must be still holding.

I think a call to Sika might be necessary to find the answer to this question.
