First introduced to Spiedies at the State Fair a zillion years ago. The aroma even over powered Carmen Basilio's Sausage Tent's which seemed like they were every 20' on food row. Have eaten at Lupo's many times and the marinades are available in grocery stores. Tonight on the grill chicken and pork spiedies! Also love Dinosaur's BBQ & Blues in Syracuse & Rochester! Man, I am hungry-gotta go...

Big Ugly Upstate Style

I am looking at the end of summer to put this together. I don't want to draw folks away from Ruthe's Western Mass Big Ugly.

Nothing like a great Pig Roast and BBQ.
There are several locations I have to check out to have this shin-dig at.
We would have to have a minimum of 50 people for the caterer.

If enough folks are interested we can make this happen.

I might be

camping around Saranac Lake sometime in August. It would be cool if it coincided with an upstate big ugly. BTW, Brad, the house in Rochester might be sold soon so the crash pad may be gone soon. Sorry. We've been renting to college students from RIT while my daughter attended there. She is graduating in May and leaving for Chicago to make her future.(Yay!) I see no reason to keep real estate in a city that is shrinking in size with corporations leaving in droves to escape the high tax demands of NY State. Sorry I'm running on. Bye! WW
