in THE MAIN WALL
new home construction 1/2 pex in 4"concrete in basement & garage with 2" ridged insulation underneath . 3/8" pex in extruded allumium scew up .what insulation should i use underneath(r 19 fiol faced up or down) or something else, would like to use a condensing boiler with out breaking the bank ,looked at munchkin ,weil mclain. what do you think. also, zern, viega pex or componants which would you chose.
