electric Radiator Valve

Does anyone know where I can get info on an older Honeywell electric radiator valve. The type is a V2008A 1280 1...20 volts..,50-60 cycles and 10 watts. Most of you are south of me in the US ...the vlve was made in canada so it may be possible that the "type" number is different.
it is an electric valve used for zoning.
