Get hotwater heat from wood-oil combo forced air furnace

I know that you can put a coil in a forced air plennum to convert hot water heat to forced air. I'm wondering if there is anyway to go the other way and put a coil in a forced air furnace to use that heat to heat hot water to heat a room. I'm looking at an addition for a couple that is only 10'x20' and would like to consider a floating slab with in floor radiant heat. They currently have a fairly new good working wood-oil combination forced air furnace. If anyone would know if this is a possibility, I would appreciate any feedback at all. Thank you in advance. Dave.

Heat exchanger goes both ways
Seems to me that you could use the same heat exchanger to go the other way. They're readily available on Ebay and through OWB suppliers, and they only cost a couple hundred bucks.0 -
not a good idea
A furnace does not have the ability to store energy like a boiler does.
IMO it's not practical.
