in THE MAIN WALL
I am a contractor in D.C. and have a customer with 14 appartments. About a 1 mil steam boiler has a cracked section and the steam is cooling the thermo coup and shutting off the boiler. Olny need to keep it going for a week. Can I dope it by installing the boiler dope then getting the boiler hot and slowly raising the water level. I don't think I can reach the crack cause its between the sections. Any ideas will really be a help.I am not new to the busness but I dont think I ever doped a steam boiler befor. I have always just replaced them.
